Hi - what is the specification of the cogs used to drive the extruder on the K8200 please? The small cog (5mm bore 22mm 10 teeth) is wearing away on mine, but I’m aware that bogs differ in pitch, etc.
E= ( number of steps x microsteps x ratio ) / ( pi x diameter at the point of contact with the filament. )
E = (200 * 16 * 1) / (3.14 * 22) = 3200 / 69.08 = 46,3231
(direct drive ratio =1)
E = (200 * 16 * 50/8) / (3.14 * 8,1) = 20000 / 25,43 = 786,4726 (gear extruder - We calculate the ratio of the number of teeth of a large circle to a small one for example 50/8 is 6,25)

The easiest way will be to print a new one and use the formula to calculate the ratio.
If your printer does not work, you can order a printout.
